Our Mission

Our aim is to address these practical needs to prioritize the patient’s well-being.

Bell of Hearts Foundation’s mission is to Provide education and assistance to individuals affected by heart failure and those undergoing heart transplant procedures.

Our Founder

Jesse Bell

Bell of Hearts is a non-profit organization founded by Jesse Bell. Mr. Bell was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) while serving as a young Army officer in 2008. He is a former paratrooper and combat veteran based out of Fort Liberty, NC.

After retiring from the military because of his condition, he worked as a civil servant for the US Government while living with Congestive Heart Failure. Over the course of 14 years, he survived numerous strokes, multiple defibrillator implants, and other severe complications associated with heart failure.

In January of 2022, he underwent a heart transplant. Since transplant, Mr. Bell has been rehabilitating and dedicating his time to helping others. Mr. Bell is committed to offering help and providing mentorship to patients and caregivers.
